The wealthiest man in the world, Mr Elon Musk, has spent a whopping sum of $44 billion To Acquire Twitter's App. The acquisition of the app came after months of deliberation. Finally, Musk has hold his hands on Twitter.

Musk assumed control of Twitter with harsh efficiency, sacking key executives without delay, but with little explanation of how he plans to carry out the aspirational goals he has set forth for the significant social media network.

Elon Musk tweeted on tweeter, he said, The bird is freed. This was after the $44 billion acquisition was completed on Thursday 27 October, 2022. referencing Twitter's bird logo in an apparent nod to his desire to see the company have fewer limits on content that can be posted.

According to those familiar with the situation, Musk dismissed Twitter's CEO Parag Agrawal, CFO Ned Segal, and head of law and policy Vijaya Gadde. He had claimed that they had misled him and Twitter's investors over the prevalence of fraudulent accounts on the site.

It was confirmed that Agrawal and Segal were removed out of Twitter's San Francisco offices where they were present when the agreement was finalized.
