The Peruvian Government has reacted to the remix as Fireboy DML’s features Grammy award winner Ed Sheeran in the remix version of Peru.

The Government of Peruvian made this reaction through their official Twitter handle. The tweet which said, Fireboy may have gotten his inspiration for the vibes of the hit track Peru's from the country’s name.

The Peruvian government further encouraged its citizens to listen to Peru Remix with Ed Sheeran, the British talented singer.
